Membership Information

Membership in the Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of any home within the Allard HOA boundaries. Payment of annual fees is secured by an encumbrance registered on the land title of each property. Fees will be determined annually by the Board of Directors and will depend on the annual operating budget.

2021 Collection Schedule

2021 fees have been prorated and are due June 1, 2021.  The 2021 fee is $78.75 +GST ($82.68) for single family homes and $39.38 +GST ($41.35) for condo units.

On September 1, 2021, Interest will be charged at a rate of prime (2.45) +5% per annum.

On November 1, 2021, outstanding fees will be sent to Field Law LLP to enforce the terms of the encumbrance. The homeowner will be responsible for the fees, interest, and all costs associated with the collection. After this date, the Allard HOA will not accept any direct payments from homeowners and all communication will be between the homeowner and Field Law LLP.

2022 Collection Schedule

2022 fees will be $135 +GST ($141.75) for single family homes and $67.50 +GST ($70.88) for condo units. 2022 fees are due Jan 1, 2022.

On February 1, 2022, interest will be charged at a rate of prime (2.45) +5% per annum.

On April 1, 2022, outstanding fees will be sent to Field Law LLP to enforce the terms of the encumbrance. The homeowner will be responsible for the fees, interest, and all costs associated with the collection. After this date, the Allard HOA will not accept any direct payments from homeowners and all communication will be between the homeowner and Field Law LLP.
