Hello Allard Neighbours,
We hope everyone is enjoying the start of summer. You may have noticed that our updates haven’t been as frequent lately. Our HOA is currently run by a very small group of volunteers, and we are actively looking for more community members to join us. With limited hands, we’ve been doing our best to keep the HOA active and responsive.
We’ve also seen many conversations happening about the HOA on Facebook. We truly appreciate the engagement — it shows people care about our neighborhood. At the same time, we encourage anyone who has the time and passion to channel that energy into helping us improve the community together, rather than only discussing concerns online. Even a small amount of volunteer time makes a big difference.
Summer Landscaping Has Started Seasonal landscaping work is now underway throughout Allard. We’ll be sharing some photos of the progress.
HOA Fee Invoices Invoices for this year have been mailed out. Please keep an eye on your mailbox.
